A Service Measure behind a Surrogate Planning Comparison
Abstract
Service allocation and surrogate beam search require different mechanisms, although both can use expensive stochastic evidence. The common evaluation reserves final checks and declares the probabilistic event or planning score. Resource savings can be compared without pooling output scales. Neither numerical recommendation supplies the field or clinical consequence absent from its modeled outcome. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
