Abstract

Offline correlated beliefs and contextual Gaussian-process allocation share information across covariates. Their decisive test is local action disagreement in sparsely represented contexts. Freezing the prepared rule and collecting independent checks reveals whether borrowing supports the selected alternative. A global prediction average cannot establish that every covariance relationship transfers into application. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
