Fidelity Savings and the Probability of a Planning Improvement
Abstract
Charging-station fidelity and treatment-plan improvement probability share expensive comparison but concern different outputs. The common test asks whether cheaper evidence preserves the decisive ordering and leaves resources for independent checking. A nominal cost ratio or favorable planning event cannot supply the application mechanism or final outcome missing from the other setting. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
